Story
My name is Andy Culliford and I worked with Frank for something like 25 years. I have an entry in the Great South Run in Portsmouth and Southsea and in memory of Frank would like to raise money for WaterAid . I have run it before (See attached photo, I'm in the Prostate Cancer shirt) and even with a slightly dodgy right knee I think I will make it this time !Updates
Great South Run all done.
26th October 2014Finished in 1 hour 40 minutes and 46 seconds. Would have liked to gone under 1 hour 40 but started off too quickly and really suffered for that. Now looking forward to the best roast dinner in Hampshire.
